Join to practice ‘A Shower of Blessings: A Guru Yoga Practice to Accompany the Seven Line Prayer’.
Through this practice, for which Khandro Rinpoche began providing transmissions in 2025, we offer a profound invocation to Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava). This sadhana was composed by Mipham Rinpoche and arranged by Togden Shakya Shri, two great luminaries whose enlightened minds are inseparable from that of Guru Rinpoche himself. Through this practice one removes obstacles, invokes protection and cultivates fearless compassion.
Togden Shakya Shri, Khandro Rinpoche’s great-grandfather, was a living flame who kept the lamp of Guru Rinpoche’s teachings burning brightly in the Himalayas. She & her brother Sey Jigme were born into this family of yogis who upheld the ancient lineage in its purest form, so their daily life was immersed in meditation and sacred chanting, including this special practice from their family lineage.
The seven line prayer, around which this text is constructed, holds the essence of the entire Vajrayana path. It is a heartfelt invocation that sprung from the enlightened minds of the Dakinis—wise and powerful female guides—from the eternal dimension of reality.
Join this practice. It is coordinated by Hobart Sangha.
