Astrological Pujas

Astrological Pujas are a skilful means practice of Vajrayana Buddhism. They are detailed and often complex rituals by experienced practitioners who have trained extensively in mind practices to connect and infuse all phenomena with the natural Buddha-mind, thereby creating circumstances that can displace especially strongly held karmic stagnant conditions and obstacles.

Through Khachodling’s website, many people are now obtaining their astrological readings for the year. Specific pujas are often prescribed in these readings. There are many types of such pujas; some are to avert enemies, some to sustain life energies, some to remove obstacles deeply held in one’s family karmic history and so on.

There are many types of astrological pujas and what is performed is dependent on the specific circumstances of the. readings of the major and minor sponsors. Most of these pujas are so detailed they will require days of planning and preparation. Many practitioners are required, specific substances collected, effigies and tormas made and so on.
