Sunrise Mandala Meditation (KDS)

We gather together every Friday morning on the beach at Point Vernon as the sun rises for meditation and offering mandala. In this way we connect to our deeper essence of wisdom and compassion. Afterwards, we meet at the Sanctuary for breakfast and coffee.
