“Glimpses of our Awakened Mind” Day Retreat

We invite you to join us for a replenishing day in nature, in the embrace of the Divine Feminine under the guidance and blessings of Khandro Thrinlay Chodon. This is a unique opportunity to spend a full day with this Authentic Female Master, who will connect us to the energy and blessings of her Ancient Yogic Lineage.

During this potent 1 day retreat, you will purify and rejuvenate, let go and reset. We will be immersed in practices that have been proven and embodied by Great Yogis and Meditation Masters for many centuries. They have the power to greatly reduce the stress and anxiety of our busy and speedy lives today.

Khandro Rinpoche will ground the day in her typical spontaneous manner. She will connect us with our Divine Essence, and pervade all with sacred energy and blessings in body, speech and mind.

The day includes:

• A special transmission of Khandro Rinpoche’s Mahamudra yogic lineage
• Profound teachings on mindfulness and what lays beyond, showing us how to rest in our grounded calm-abiding mind
• A powerful fire puja (Riwo Sanchö) to harmonise the elements and create auspicious conditions for the land and all beings
• Restorative Yin Yoga 
• A full sound healing integration session

A delicious vegan Indian lunch will be catered, with healthy morning / afternoon snacks of fruit and tea.
