Glimpses of Mahamudra – Day Retreat

Arrive at 8am for an 8.30am start.

This day of retreat will be a potent opportunity to rejuvenate and reset in the embrace of Khandro Thrinlay Chodon’s blessings and guidance. 

As we learn to rest in our grounded calm abiding mind, Rinpoche will offer profound teachings and a powerful sang fire puja to harmonise and create auspicious conditions for the land and all beings (seen and unseen). There will be a little yoga and we will receive a deeply relaxing Sound Healing of many instruments. 

Lunch, morning and afternoon tea is included. 

Khandro Thrinlay Chodon will impart a special meditation and transmission from her ancient Mahamudra Himalayan yogic lineage. This will ground the day and connect you to the authentic practice of past masters. Silent meditation and chanting will infuse the day and guide us towards deep healing and replenishment. Throughout all we will connect the divine, through body, speech and mind, pervading all with sacred energy and blessings.

Khandro Rinpoche is a Meditation Master rooted in the authenticity of her own tradition while also being a modern laywoman of warmth and insight. She is committed to revealing how ancient methods of wisdom and compassion are to be practiced and applied in our everyday lives. 

She teaches through her presence as much as her words. When we come with an open heart and mind we might experience a glimpse into their very essence, our innermost nature.
