Sey Jigme, one of the Himalayas ‘ most loved cooks will demonstrate the skill and care in making an authentic chai (spiced tea) and prepare momos, the much loved Himalayan dumplings. He will be assisted by his sister, Khandro Thrinlay Chodon. Come learn and taste. You can enjoy a meal with Chai at his booth c6 next to the Main Stage in the Earth Village
